Q. Will the vehicle be able to carry our entire luggage?
A. Please have a look at our Fleet Page to view the types of vehicle available.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you order a suitable vehicle for your requirements.

Q. Are your prices the cheapest available? 
A. No - you will find cheaper prices if you spend enough time looking.  We offer a reliable, punctual, premium service at affordable rates.  All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT, and represent big savings compared to Airport Taxi rates.

Q. Are your prices fully inclusive?
A. The prices shown on our Online Quote system are fully inclusive of VAT for the journey specified.

Q. Where can I find the Terms and Conditions?

Q. How do I find my driver?
A. Your driver will be at your pick up point with your name on a ’meet and greet’ board. You should keep our office number 01293 776177 (24hrs) with you. The driver will have your mobile number with him if provided.

Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
A. No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air. If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible on 01293 776177 although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles are insured for Private hire.

Q. How do I get a quote for my trip?
A. Just enter the details on the ‘Online Quote’ form, and it will display the price.

Q. If I am happy with the quote what should I do now?
A. Click on the booking tab.

Q. What happens after I make my online booking?
A. You will receive an email to confirm your provisional booking.

Q. Why is it only a provisional booking?
A. You will need to pay our e-invoice, and then the booking is confirmed.

Q. How can I pay?
A. Using any major credit card or debit card on our secure payment system.

Q. What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
A. Please call 01293 776177 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.

Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
A. Yes as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. Topflight Chaufeur Services Ltd operates a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles

Q. Can I cancel my booking ?
A. Topflight Chauffeur Services Ltd will accept any cancellation made as long as we have not dispatched the car.
